Sassafras Rum Cream
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces Captain Morgan Rum
1-2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
1 ounce Sassafras & Sunflower Simple Syrup
3-6 ounces root beer
Crushed ice
DIRECTIONS
Fill a glass with crushed ice. Add Captain Morgan, root beer and Sassafras & Sunflower Simple Syrup, gently stirring to mix. Top the drink off with the Baileys, stirring gently to mix. Serve immediately.
Sassafras Old Fashioned
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon Sassafras & Sunflower Simple Syrup
2 ounces Bulleit® Frontier Whiskey
1-2 dashes bitters
1 lemon peel (approximately 1-inch long, 1/3-inch wide)
1 large ice cube or several medium ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
In a rocks glass, stir the Sassafras & Sunflower Simple Syrup, Bulleit & bitters together. Add the ice cube(s). Garnish with lemon peel. Enjoy!
Sour & Sassy
INGREDIENTS
1 ounces Sassafras & Sunflower Simple Syrup
1.5 ounces Crown Royal® Blended Canadian Whisky
.75 ounces fresh lemon juice
1 orange peel
1 ice sphere or a few ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Add the Sassafras & Sunflower Simple Syrup, Crown Royal, and lemon juice to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice or an ice sphere. Garnish with the orange peel. Enjoy!
