What do you like most about working at Sassafras? The people. I have a fantastic team. They are not only stellar employees, but I consider them friends.
Your hometown postcard—what’s on it? Kansas City – home of the Royals, World Series Champions! The friendliest Midwestern city around.
Who is your hero and why? My older sister. She is a kindhearted person, patient, successful, and a great mom. I look up to her.
What book are you reading right now? The Go-Giver
Summer or Winter Olympics? Will you be glued to any events this summer? Summer by far! I love watching the Gymnastics team. As a young kid, I wanted to be Nadia Comăneci.
Name an interesting thing about yourself that others might not know. I am a crier! I cry at Hallmark commercials!

Is there a particular project or work product you are most proud of? Our joint branding efforts between Coca-Cola and LEGOLAND® Florida Resort. Coca-Cola wanted Sassafras Marketing to design and rebrand in-park materials at LEGOLAND® Florida Resort.
Describe your ideal Saturday! Sleep in till 8, watch Food Network for an hour. Hang out with my family at a park, fix a big dinner and end it with a great family movie night!
You’re leaving town for a very, very long time…where would you dine for your last meal and what would you eat? We’d head to J Alexander’s for a great filet and nice red wine with a big chocolate dessert!
