As we’ve mentioned before, we’ve been working remotely for 14 years. However, our Team Meetings are typically when we all come together in person and put our screens away. Unfortunately, the pandemic changed our Spring Team Meeting plans this year and we had to shift to a completely virtual setup.
So, we got to planning—and along the way, took some notes. Our Virtual Team Meeting toolkit lists the tips and tricks that worked for us. We’re even using them for ourselves again as we plan for our Fall team meeting later this month.
