Sassafras helped Jiffy Lube completely redesign both the strategy and the design of their complete in-store POP system. We started by first auditing/assessing the current In-Store Guest journey experience with the goal of streamlining, updating and improving it. The end result of this phase of the project was what we called The Matrix Deck, which outlined all approved Zones, messaging strategy, and elements that needed to be included in each zone.
Phase 2 saw us creating all in-Store POP, a POP Playbook and comprehensive Zone by Zone POP elements that are meant to grab attention, highlight services, build trust, and drive repeat visits.
